1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the CentraPoint website and platform provided by Global Software Services [registered company name and registration number] ("GSS"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. The service

CentraPoint provides software for creating payment links, invoices, recurring billing, debit order management and reconciliation. CentraPoint is not a bank. Funds are processed by the third-party payment gateways and banks you select, under your own agreements with them.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details and API keys confidential.
You are responsible for the actions of users you invite to your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use CentraPoint for unlawful purposes, to process payments for prohibited goods or services, or in breach of your gateway or bank agreements. [Expand as required.]

5. Debit orders

Where you collect by debit order, you are responsible for obtaining valid mandates from your customers and complying with applicable banking and payment-system rules. [Legal review required.]
